“I have the Insignia dehumidifier Ns-dh50wwh1 and am trying to find the drain hose size? To avoid having to empty the bucket daily. Does anyone have idea which drain hose works with this unit. Thanks James Craft”

• This model's drain hose outlet is a 1" male connector. (The user guide is misleading.) So it needs a standard drainage hose with a female connector of 1" internal diameter. I couldn't find any on the Best Buy web site. Our regular garden hose works.

• Water can be emptied to a floor drain through this connector using a water hose with a female threaded end (Not included). The hose dimensions should be Id>=Φ 5/16", and the threaded end should be ID:M=1". David M. - Insignia Support
