I purchased this unit in October. It wasn’t used all winter. Now it’s being used but it’s leaking from underneath. I have the drawer pushed all the way in. It’s still filling up with water inside. So why is it leaking? null

The dryer is a little tricky to put back in place. Make sure it is properly seated. Or if we can use the external hose feature that would be good also.

Hope there is no hole or crack in the bucket (drawer) that is causing the leak. You can also check the outlet it has at the back for hose and if it has been properly secured. If either of these do not appear to be the case for the leakage - you can call Insignia -believe there is 1 year warranty
