• it lags really bad, I have fiber optic in my house, the t.v cant keep up. and its only set at 1080p

• It performs at 60hz. Unless you are using a PC for playing gameson this TV, consoles like the PS4 average around 60 FPS (frames per second) which is standard for most TVs/Consoles. "Lag" is variable and attributed to the input device as well as the media/game you will be playing. I personally have hooked up my PC via Steam Link and have had no visual problems playing games like Rise of the Tomb Raider, Cuphead, and Grand Theft Auto V except that the brightness is a little dark.

• I've seen that the TCL 49" 4k Roku TV is supposed to be really good for games. Especially the Xbox one S with HDR and everything.
