“Our new NS-55DF710NA21 intermittently has white vertical/horizontal lines or dashes around the outside of the picture on cable HDMI. Cable company came out 3 times and replaced box, good signal, etc. Only issue on this TV. Any one else have this issue?”

• I had the same issue. It was the aspect ratio setting. I changed it to Auto and it fixed it. And the aspect ratio can be set differently for each device connected as well as the built in fire TV. You have to be watching/using the device or Fire TV when adjusting the ratio.

• I'm having the same problem!!! White lines all around edges except on right side when on cable mode only. Just bought this 55 inch. Ugh!
