“Does this Insignia model (or any other current Insignia model) have the ability to set maximum volume? For example, if I set max volume to 60, anybody using the TV cannot go higher than 60 while using the remote. Any Insignia TVs offer this?”

• No, this TV doesn't have the ability to set a maximum volume. You could try to connect a small external speaker to the 3.5mm headphone jack for a softer sound.
