“I recently added a Roku Streambar connecting through the HDMI (ARC) input. When I power up, the volume indicator appears at the top of the screen, then blinks and no sound. I have to power up twice to get sound to the Streambar.”

Try this: go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > HDMI CEC Device Control and select On. Also, Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio Output > Turn TV Speakers OFF and Select Digital Audio Format Auto. For product support, please visit https://www.insigniaproducts.com/email-us
