No, but an easy way to make it a "smart" TV capable of accessing Netflix, Hulu, etc., is to plug a Roku stick (or Google Chromecast or Amazon Firestick) into one of its HDMI ports on the back or side of the TV. Plus, the stick is portable; you can take it to the beach, lake, hotels, etc.
