Kinda. It's not a smart TV but u can make it one if u get a fire stick ($40) or the like so u can hook it up to wifi. You can then cast stream using your Android phone and various apps. Additionally an HD antenna ($20) will help you get local TV channels. Even with these upgrades it's less expensive than the smart version with virtually all the same functions.
