A:AnswerI had the exact same issue shortly after I purchased it. Now with the TV 19 months old the picture has gone out and Amazon says it’s a motherboard issue. If you’re within the 1 year warranty, get someone out ASAP to fix or replace the TV so you don’t end up with a hint brick like mine.

The voice commands on this set work only when there is an Amazon account signed in this TV. I would recommend you to re-enable your account, set it again on this TV, enjoy the full experience and get the voice commands back.
