QuestionI’m using an optical cable to connect to the insignia 2.1 soundbar. I have the TV speaker off. Sound works fine watching cable using an HDMI cable, but sometimes when watching Netflix or Prime there is no sound. Is this an issue with the TV or Soundbar?

- Answer Hi, DubyaGee. When using this type of connection for soundbars, it is important to check the settings on the secret menus for each app. there you can adjust the audio presets to pass the audio through the Optical cord and not the TV Speakers. Cesar G. - Insignia Support

QuestionHow do I turn on HDR? The model number is NS-55DF710NA19. It says on the Website HDR but it doesn't say it on the box. And when I hook up my PS4. The TV says it is not HDR Supported.

- Answer The Fire TV Edition television supports HDR10, you just have to stream HDR enabled content. While watching a video, long press the Home button to launch the Quick Access menu, select Info to see the resolution of the video that is playing and if it is HDR it should say HDR on the screen. QuestionInsignia 58". The streaming apps (Hulu/MT) freezes and stalls every 15 sec to 2 min. Connected to router via Ethernet cable. Set Picture Quality to Good. Is this a memory issue and if so, how do I add more memory? My new TV is currently useless.

QuestionI have a 43 inch insignia 4k fire TV Ns-43df710na19 where the picture is barely visible and blinks. I'm 2 weeks outside the warranty! Did trouble shooting. I tested the strips. 2 of the 3 are bad. But I can't find replacements anywhere? Why?

QuestionI have tried get the live tv to channel scan and it will only find 3 channels. I have tried all the advanced options and the cable is the only one that picks up the 3 channels, and two are just a blur. I have disconnected and reconnected every!

QuestionHow tall are the stands? Or how much space is between the base and TV?

- Answer Stands are only 2.5inchs tall and 10.5inchs long, they hold up very well especially since the TV only weighs roughly 30lbs. I preferred my TV mounted since I didn't want to get a TV stand that had to be 50inchs long.
