- Answer Using the included Voice Remote, while watching a video, press and hold for 3 seconds the Home button to launch the Quick Access Menu, select Picture > Advanced Settings. You can try different picture modes and turn off Motion Processing. David M. - Insignia Support

QuestionI'm hard of hearing and have hooked via bluetooth a pair of great Skullcandy wireless headphones up to the set but they are not loud enough. How can I boost the volume of the set? Currently I have the vol settings up to the highest it can go. Tia!

QuestionI just bought a Insignia™ - 55” Class – LED - 2160p – Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR – Fire TV Edition yesterday 3/31/19. I set it up with my dish box. I have noticed multiple times now when watching the TV the screen will go black and then comeback on.

- Answer Purchase better quality hdmi cables. I bought a set of 4K tv Monster Cables from Walmart and they kept cutting out. Took them back and bought directly from Best Buy and bought https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-8-outlet-surge-protector-with-two-8-4k-ultrahd-hdr-hdmi-cables-black/6267210.p?skuId=6267210 which included a surge protector and never had another problem with losing my picture, sound or connection. Some cables can not carry all the information of a 4k tv.

QuestionI have a 55df710na19. No internet, so it's not updated. Use antenna for TV. But TV has channels as names, not numbers. It's confusing. And clicking sound keeps coming back on, after I disabled it in settings. Is either issue fixable? Thx

- Answer This TV boots up to Firestick menu and you do not need internet to view local channels. Just choose antenna for the input and they appear as thumbnails at the bottom of screen.
