QuestionIs this a common issue? I was watching TV when the screen flashed and now won't come back on. I did a soft reset, a hard reset. The start up screen flashes for just a moment then back to black screen. I purchased this just a tad over a yr ago in Feb of 20

- Answer Anonymous, I can't give you with an answer on how to fix this issue; but, finding out others are experiencing it let's me ascertain that it is the tv, not my satellite service.

- Answer No, this TV doesn't have an HDMI Output. You can hook up a Fire Stick to a Projector. You need an internet connection (wireless home network) to stream content.

QuestionOnce I placed the tv on the support stands it does not seem stable as is rocks. Is this normal? I am wondering if it is maybe a new feature or if it is just assembled improperly.

- Answer I have a 55” insignia smart tv with fire tv built in. I just got it and when I put the legs on I thought that it was going to wobble but it was fine. I recently put it on the wall and is fine also. If you feel uncomfortable with it send it back for a different model.

- Answer You could try to use the Power On feature for the TV to automatically change the input. First, make sure you have the latest firmware version, go Home > Settings > Device & Software > About > Check for System Update. Then, go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input. It is recommended to use the included voice remote to fully control your Fire TV Edition television. QuestionHad the TV since Black Friday. 1. A couple of apps that go to a not responding state. 2. Vizio Soundbar audio sync is off intermittently. Restarting the Fire TV resolves both of these. Just annoying. Any ideas?

- Answer First check for a System Update, go Home > Settings > Device > About > Software Version > Check for system update. QuestionHas anyone been successful in figuring out how to keep the volume consistent between regular programming and commercials? I have a new Insignia™ - 55” Firetv. When streaming ATT TV NOW and a commercial comes on the volume doubles. No problem on 39" Firetv
