“I see there’s a 3 prong outlet on the back. There’s no info on it on the manual. I plugged my phone into it and it doesn’t charge. How do I get this outlet to work? I even tried putting it on different settings.”

Hi Lisa, the three prong outlet that you see is not actually an outlet - it is for storage of the power cord. Once wrapped up, it tucks into the "oulet" in the back
