QuestionI've had my speaker plugged in over night and it will not stay powered on without it be plugged in. I thought this was a portable speaker not one that had to be plugged in all the time.

QuestionJust bought portable Bluetooth speaker, Ns-hmps3018, batteries fully charged but speaker will not power up unless unit is plugged into outlet. Read everything in owners manual with no explanation. What is the trick?

- Answer I charged mine over night with the power cord and after that I’ve had no issues. To turn it on hold the power button down for a couple seconds I’ve noticed you can’t just push it quick. Hope that resolves your problem.

- Answer I own this item, and you can definitely put music on a flash drive, and it will play from the flash drive. I do wish that it had a "shuffle" function when playing from a flash drive, but it doesn't.

- Answer Well if you buy the speaker from Best Buy it comes with a cord and it plugs into the back of the speaker and as you plug it in and play it ..it will charge and make the speaker portable

- Answer Sound, I lost my cable and found a suitable replacement. It's the BB brand Insigni 6'2 Slot Nonpolarized Power Cord. I erroneously bought the polarized and it did not work. Hope this helps.
