A:Answer When they say nonpolarized it is because the connector that plugs into your device can go in either way, rounded on both sides. Flip it over & plug it in & it still works just fine. If this is what your device needs then this cord is for you. Some devices require polarized connectors where it is rounded on one side and squared off on the other. Look at your device & see what "style" it needs, polarized or nonpolarized, it will only take one "style".
