Is this a 1.4 display port? null

No, get one off amazon, BB only has 1.2

From what i understand, so long as it's not RBR (Reduced Bit Rate) cables which can only do 1080p@60 (marked by a sticker on the cable), all DisplayPort cables should support the 1.4 standard so long as your devices do. Hope that helps :)
