Yep. It's by Insignia. Takes the Digital head and turns it white and red (rca I think) or visa versa. Best Buy sells it for dirt cheap.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you have an optical interface there, which requires you use an optical cable. I believe that your current cable is electronic coax, not optical. You might still be able to plug your amplifier digital sound system into the headphone connector on your Direct TV box, but that won't give you the full sound fidelity that your new receiver is capable of delivering. (This advice is based on my experience with my new Xfinity box, don't know if it really applies to what you have there with Direct TV, but I suspect it does.)

Nothing I know of (that's not a professional audio device) converts analog to digital for this purpose.
