- A:Answer Yes. It will work fine but would recommend connecting any fridge directly to a waqll outlet for a more permanent solution.

Q: QuestionCan someone help confirm the rating on this cord. It should have engravings on its cord either 14AWG or 16AWG. I see people saying both 14AWG and 16AWG on this question thread. Please help confirm, thanks.

- A:Answer I'll answer my own question and hope it helps someone out in the future. I went to check on this extension cord in stores and confirm it is 16AWG. This cord should be rated at 13A. Do not use with any large appliances that need a lot of power >13A (e.g. heater).
