I haven't attempted to use any other materials; however, there are accessory items available listed under Pressure Cooker adds. Perhaps you could compare items listed.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used everything in this pot. Works quite well with metals and glass. I would not use metal cooking equipment, i.e. spoons, spatula as the pot is coated and you don't want to damage the pot. The plastic ring in the inside of the top needs to be cleaned frequently and soaked in vinegar or baking soda and water because it does pick up odors, but no big deal to take it out and clean it. All in all this is really a neat gadget!!!
