“The pages get caught up in the teeth and do not drop into the bin. Appears to clog it up so much that it has to be ripped out by hand. This is only using 1-2 sheets per shred.”

happened to us also, suggestion from bb was to add a few drops to the top of the teeth. I used my sewing machine oil which is thinner than other oils. it worked for 2 more tries so that worked, be careful to use a little and if you have a small brush like i did that works really well. didnt get any drips or spillage.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if i over feed this unit, it does leave paper in shredder area. dump often, and allow shredder to cycle out, before inserting next sheet. this is not a shredding monster.
