- Answer i havnt tried to shred any staples. it is my opinion that if you shred so much paper that pulling staples is not doable, you would rather select a bigger model.

QuestionThe pages get caught up in the teeth and do not drop into the bin. Appears to clog it up so much that it has to be ripped out by hand. This is only using 1-2 sheets per shred.

- Answer happened to us also, suggestion from bb was to add a few drops to the top of the teeth. I used my sewing machine oil which is thinner than other oils. it worked for 2 more tries so that worked, be careful to use a little and if you have a small brush like i did that works really well. didnt get any drips or spillage.
