Make sure the outlet is working and the shredder is actually seated flat on top of the receptacle. It has a safety that will not allow it to run unless it is seated properly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry, I haven’t had this problem. Sounds like you might try contacting the manufacturer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Remove the cover and check to see if paper or other debris is jamming the shredder.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Forget it! It is junk! I bought one about 2 weeks ago and it overheats really fast, in fact, on the underside of the shredder head it says " run for 2 minutes and shut down for 60 minutes ". It is really useless! I am returning it! It also struggles at shredding one piece of paper at a time, so no way can it do 6 at time!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you plug it into a live outlet? Did you slide the on-off switch to on? Did you shove in a sheet of paper?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would exchange it. Maybe it’s damaged internally from shipping, if you’re positive your outlet and circuit breakers are good.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would check the obvious first- plugged in, outlet, fuse box, and check if switch is turned to on/power. Then try slowly feeding one piece of paper into the machine under the metal lip. It is very quiet and seems like it isn’t on, but as soon as the shredder senses the paper the automatic feed should pull it in and shred it. Hope this helps.
