“when I put one piece of 20 wt. paper in the roller feeds unevenly . I tried at least 6-7 times to put the paper in evenly and it starts evenly but midway, becomes a wad and stops the machine. Do I have to fold or cut in half the paper before I feed it?”

I found it to be much easier to shred things that were folded in half it really does not feed straight for a whole piece of paper
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That’s a tough one. Some of mine feed unevenly, but continue to cut. The only time that it jammed, I put it in reverse and unjammed it. I shred unopened mail with plastic cards enclosed all of the time.

Please try again later.Honestly although it says it’ll take multiple papers all at once it seems that the motor can’t handle small stack of papers try 4 sheets at a time and yes it does grind unevenly to me as well I tried to straightened it but I just think it can’t quite handle what the description says it can.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did not find such problem with my machine. However, maybe your paper was much wider than the machine, if that's the case, I recommend you cut to make it fit in properly.
