• It will shred them yes . Eventually though gunk builds up in that section and little bitts of paper will stick

• Yes it does! Do not put anything sticky in it like shipping labels.

• I placed the shipping label on a piece of paper and then shredded it so the goo wouldn't mess up my shredder

• If you fold the labels in half goo-to-goo it should be okay. Do not expose the goo directly to the mechanism.

• Yes it jams! It's terrible when you put anything that has glue (tape, labels and even envelopes) it'll take you forever to clean it because the glue will melt and get stuck all over the blades!

• I don't use shipping labels. I suppose if labels have stick y material on back, the machine would probably catch on fire. It jams already with plain papers. And gets warm.
