• I don't know why not. Windows 10 is Windows 10.

• I did not use it to transfer windows. But I see no reason why it would not. It transferred everything else with ease

• I was able to drag and drop everything! from XP to Win 10. Photo's, video's, programs, everything! You have a split screen and you can see everything on both computers at the same time. You Tube and all the experts had me convinced that I needed a Tech kind of person. I'm a Senior Citizen with very limited knowledge of computers, this was just too easy. This is also the first product I've ever written a review for.
