“Can I use this cable to connect my laptop to a TV/Monitor?”

• The instruction manual says the cable has a program built into the cable and it's just for transferring between computers. I looked at all 3 of my family's lap tops and TV's. They all have HDMI connections. You should use an HDMI cable.
