Q: QuestionWill this connect a Samsung Galaxy S9 to the HDMI port on a TV so I can view what is playing on my phone on the TV? The TV does not have BlueTooth capablity.

• A:Answer I think you need an MSL chip to do this. There are adapters that go USB C to HDMI and cables that have the chip embedded. I don't think you can mirror your phone on a TV with just this cable.
