QuestionI just purchased the TV and installed it yesterday. I cannot get my Sony Soundbar to play any audio which is connected by an optical cable to the tv. The TV is able to connect to the sound bar and adjust the volume and power. Any idea what's wrong?

QuestionWe just purchased this tv to replace a Samsung. The problem we’re having is there is no way to adjust the screen size. Some shows have black edges or black top/bottom. Why isn’t there a display option on this model?!

- Answer From the user manual (haven’t needed this) PROBLEM Picture does not fill the screen. There are black bars around the picture. Solution: • Press and hold Home until the Quick Settings menu opens. Select Display - Picture Size, then change the setting. If Picture Size is grayed out (not available to select), change the setting for Auto Aspect to Off.
