“HI, the specs say that this is 9 volts, the pdf manual says 19 volts. Which is correct? If the wattage and amperage is correct at 65W and 3.42 Amps. Then the math of 65/3.42 would suggest the 19 volts is correct. HPs use 19.5 volts.”

The actual charger says 19 volt. However buyer beware, make sure there is a tip that will actually fit your laptop. I got this charger because my Samsung charger has a short and only sometimes am I able to charge my laptop. This charger says it will charge Samsung...I am still waiting...I have received 2 additional tips, that were "researched" and I still can't charge my laptop.
