Non of the tips work with DELL. null

The N14 tip works with my Dell Inspiron

I ordered mine 7/11 - received delivery notice but no package. customer service sent replacement unit which took over a week - this package APPEARED nee, but only received 6 of the 8 tips - and none were for HP. called manufacturer's helpline - couldn't tell me which tip I needed and stated they'd have superior return call/send tip in 5 to 10 business days. STILL no use of my laptop- an utterly disappointing experience.
