“I just bought this 65w insignia charger and also the 240w insignia cable, however I can't get it to charge anything over 9 watts? I tried on the samsung fold 7, galaxy 21s, and lg g7. The samsungs should be charging at 25w and the g7 at 18w. Is it fake?”

Hello, thank you for your question. No, your Insignia™ 65W charger is not fake. The reason you’re only seeing about 9W is that your phones use fast‑charging standards this charger doesn’t support. Samsung devices (like the Fold 7 and S21) need PPS for 25W fast charging, and the LG G7 uses Qualcomm Quick Charge. This Insignia charger supports USB‑PD only, so all three phones fall back to standard charging at around 9W. Your 240W cable is fine the limitation is the charging protocol, not the cable.
