“When I set the cooker to "more" it default to 1 hr cook time, I use the "-" to reduce the time, as I do this setting automatically changes from "more" to "norm". Is this correct? How can I cook on the "more" setting for less then 40 minutes?”

• The Less - Norm - More buttons on the Insignia are only for the time and not pressure. Less is 15 minutes Norm is 30 minutes More is 60 minutes

• Cancel and reset to your desired cooking time. If it defaults again to a non-desired time, cancel once more and reset the desired time

• The pressure cooker has preset times for what they think you need. Just put your time using the +/- buttons, and you’ll be fine.
