• I would be careful that they could melt if plastic, also use an oven sage glass container and aluminum foil to cover the glass container if you are sterilizing some food in a glass container. Make sure to add water (few inches) such that whatever you're sterilizing is sitting on some water. https://fablab.ruc.dk/pressure-cooker-sterilization/
