The pressure control knob on top of the lid has settings for "venting" and "sealing". Just make sure it is set for sealing and that is for pressure cooking. Then just follow instructions for cooking what you want either from the pamphlet or any pressure cooker cookbook.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can use the Meat/Stew program. The Less time function is for 15 min., the Normal time function is for 30 min and the More time function is for 1 hr. You can increase the time range up to 2 hr.
