I bought some accessories designed for the Instant Pot 6 QT off Amazon and they fit perfectly

It sure seems like it. I ordered a steam basket on Amazon and it fit just fine. I bought extra sealing rings and they look exactly like the Insignia ‘s sealing ring. The stackable set I purchased is just a little too tall to fit inside with the trivet. I asked the IP Community fb group and they said you can just wedge some tin foil at the bottom if you want to do PIP cooking. I think even Instant Pot users had this problem as well—unless they have an 8 qt.

yes, the liner is the same size so all utensils should work

Nope. They are different sized. Buy only the insignia brand accessories.
