QuestionSince there are no numbers on thermastat dial, where should I enter the proper degrees for making certain that my food will be frozen correctly - i.e., not too frozen to cause freezer burn, etc. ?

- Answer This unit does not show degrees, it just shows Maximum Cold to Minimum. I keep my unit set to Maximum. Don't worry about setting the degrees to avoid freezer burn -- that's caused by the length of time the item is frozen, not the number of degrees in the freezer.
