The power indicator should light red when charging your player and yellow when charging is complete. If it is not, make sure all connections are secure and try in a different outlet. If it continues to not charge, if purchased within last year, bring to place of purchase with receipt for warranty.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.unfortunately it is very possible you have a bad charger, i had one that after extended use stopped charging, depending on when you purchased it you should be under a warranty.. sorry i don't have a better answer..
