On the back of the camera there is a reset button where the memory card goes you will need a needle or a straight pin as the hole is tiny. Insert the pin into the hole and hold down the button until it makes a audible sound mine took 5-10 seconds and had to do it 2 or 3 times before it would let me set the camera up again.
