A:AnswerThat is about when I packed the camera up and decided to return it. I actually tried a few more times to get it to hook up to wifi and could never get it to work so I returned it. Don’t wait to bring it back and only get store credit like I did. I still have t satisfied my problem. I hope this helps

A:AnswerI had some issues with this camera too. There would be a solid blue dot on the device and would say there was a movement detection. Still with no video feed i lost my mind and went into my router settings to find that the issue was because my router's time zone didn't match my actual time zone. Try making sure everythings updated info and time wise I guess. Hope this helps and saves a hole in your wall!
