“Where does this camera store its footage? How secured is the process? What is the retention policy for the stored footage? Why can't I delete a footage without having to reset/delete the device from the App ?”

It is stored in the cloud. But agree with you the app interface is terrible and there is no way to delete or otherwise save footage.

Please try again later.You can delete if you have an Android if you have a Mac and trash Or crapple sorry your out of luck thats why you don't buy junk like crapple oh sorry apple. Now you can also save them if you have an Android. They're stored on a cloud through the app. Now if your device goes offline you could put an external memory card in it to get extra memory. But I will say this camera is a huge piece of junk the customer service is horrible if you email them good luck ever getting a reply when you're not at work. I would definitely not buy this camera if I was you

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My understanding is the recorded video is stored in the cloud. When the camera is removed, all the video is deleted with it automatically, there is no retained video. Since the device only talks to it's cloud and the cloud only talks to the mobile app, it creates a secure closed network.
