QuestionI am trying to connect this camera to my existing camera software. The app seems to work fine but I want to use it with my other software as well. Does anyone know what the URL is that this camera uses and the default username and password, if any?

QuestionI've been having issues with the app. My app is displaying footage labeled as "Yesterday" but it is actually from a week ago. When I looked at the footage yesterday, it was correctly labeled and recorded with no problem. How can I access the footage?

QuestionI bought a new insignia camera and upon setup it stated that it was already registered to a different user which blocked me from setting it up. I tried to reset it and it came back with the same response. Is there another way to reset or exchange it?

- Answer This camara wiil not setup at all have spent almost a month trying to get it to work .And still has not worked worry i dont know taking it back to best buy in the morning .

- Answer I haven't tried to add another camera, but the phone app appears to have that option as one of the features upon startup. Touch "rooms" at the top of the screen, which brings up the option to "create a new room," and you go from there.

QuestionHello, I just bought this camera. After many failed attempts got it to work, however the 2-way audio does not work. I can hear the audio that is being recorded in the camera, but I can not send audio through the app. Anyone experiencing this issue?

QuestionPurchased this today and it will not complete setup on the ap. Called Insignia they said they know it is not working and it should start working in late January as they have to fix their app. Terrible business model.

QuestionI am going through the set up process for a Wi-Fi camera. When I get to the step where it asks me to set up a new home, I give my home a name and press save and every time get an error message saying that it failed to sync and I can’t get past this step
