“I bought a new insignia camera and upon setup it stated that it was already registered to a different user which blocked me from setting it up. I tried to reset it and it came back with the same response. Is there another way to reset or exchange it?”

This camara wiil not setup at all have spent almost a month trying to get it to work .And still has not worked worry i dont know taking it back to best buy in the morning .
