The same thing happened to mine within a day or two of buying it. Unfortunately I was away on vacation in Europe and couldn't get to a BestBuy within the 15 day period. My friend bought the same one and had the same problem. I believe this is a faulty product.

Please try again later.sounds like you might have gotten "a lemon" (at the very least, the lights aren't working properly) ~ I would suggest doing the following: go back into the store & "exchange it", saying, "it is defective" Best Buy is pretty good about it (even if you're past the return period) so, if you got a "bad one", go back & get an exchange/replacement.....
