- Answer Yes, you can use your apple usb cube to charge your charger via ac outlet. That's what I did.

- Answer it means ~ that the portable charger is "charging" & the capacity of it's charge is less than 1/4 battery; when it gets to 1/4, the light will stay lit, becoming "solid", then the 2nd square will start blinking. As each square becomes solid, in succession, you are re-gaining (quarter by quarter) 100% full battery charge. in other words, it just means that your unit is charging & it shows the level of charge that it is currently "working on". when all 4 squares are lit-up & not blinking, you're "good to go".....

- Answer fyi: you have to charge-up the portable charger (100%) fully ~ before you attempt to use it the first time. this will set the portable charger's battery-life memory to it's full capacity. it took my portable charger quite awhile to charge up, fully, the first time I charged it (by plugging it into my desktop computer's USB port ~ the computer has to be on/running in order for this to charge-up your portable charger) plus, you have to wait until "all 4 blue squares are lit up & not flashing", for it to be fully charged. after that, you should be able to use it all day & not have any issues. try it again ~ just make sure that it is "fully charged" before you try using it to charge your cell phone or other devices. note: I have noticed ~ the portable charger appears to charge 1 device (alone) a bit faster than it will charge 2 devices (together), but that is merely conjecture, on my part & not a proven fact.....

QuestionAlso have four lights blinking and no chargingI've been having the samen problem as some others had, after like 20 days of good service, it started to not charge my devices, even after a night of charge, ithe four blue lights just blinks four times, together, and doesn't charge anything. I'm also overseas now, with no warranty, and no other way to get it replaced. Won't ever buy Insignia again. Really bad answers I've read from them till now. Hope they show me they are a trustable brand... What those four lights blinking really means?

QuestionFour blinking lights non stopJust bought an insignia portable charger 4 charging ports blue indicator light. As soon as taken out of the package it was charged as soon as the 4th light stopped blinking it was taken off the charger I left for training while on the bus I charged my Samsung s5 it was charging fine, Than out of nowhere it started blinking all 4 lights mind you it was telling me it had full battery power. Reguardless its not working now won't charge my phone or stop blinking when I try to plug it in to be charged. How do I fix it

QuestionFour lights keep blinking and I can't charge the batteryThis happened almost immediately upon purchasing this product. Four lights blink all at the same time and it will not allow me to charge the battery, no matter which charger I try on it. I held the button for a while thinking that may reset it, but it does not. I bought this to take to Europe with me and I was there for a few weeks so I couldn't return it to a Best Buy and by time I got home it was beyond the 15 day period. Now I'm out of my money and don't have a working battery. Can you please tell me what the four blinking lights mean and why it keeps doing this? Once the blinking lights stop after a week or so, it typically lets me charge it again. Then I get one use out of it and when I go to recharge, the four lights blink again. I figure the company who makes this product should know what the four blinking lights mean, or could at least send me a working replacement unit since mine is faulty.

- Answer The same thing happened to mine within a day or two of buying it. Unfortunately I was away on vacation in Europe and couldn't get to a BestBuy within the 15 day period. My friend bought the same one and had the same problem. I believe this is a faulty product.
