“Four lights keep blinking and I can't charge the battery This happened almost immediately upon purchasing this product. Four lights blink all at the same time and it will not allow me to charge the battery, no matter which charger I try on it. I held the button for a while thinking that may reset it, but it does not. I bought this to take to Europe with me and I was there for a few weeks so I couldn't return it to a Best Buy and by time I got home it was beyond the 15 day period. Now I'm out of my money and don't have a working battery. Can you please tell me what the four blinking lights mean and why it keeps doing this? Once the blinking lights stop after a week or so, it typically lets me charge it again. Then I get one use out of it and when I go to recharge, the four lights blink again. I figure the company who makes this product should know what the four blinking lights mean, or could at least send me a working replacement unit since mine is faulty.”

Simple, buy another exact one and return defective one with new receipt, no harm no foul and maybe try and purchase warranty

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, yours is faulty and you should have them send you a replacement. The 4 lights show the amount of charge left in the battery. If they are blinking it is not charged. A solid light means charged.
