“Four blinking lights non stop Just bought an insignia portable charger 4 charging ports blue indicator light. As soon as taken out of the package it was charged as soon as the 4th light stopped blinking it was taken off the charger I left for training while on the bus I charged my Samsung s5 it was charging fine, Than out of nowhere it started blinking all 4 lights mind you it was telling me it had full battery power. Reguardless its not working now won't charge my phone or stop blinking when I try to plug it in to be charged. How do I fix it”
