The green light is very low for security. Check your connections. Hold the ON button down for about 3 seconds. from there, you can use the function button.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I cannot tell you why, having never seen your light or charger, but i did have the same issue once with mine. The problem was the charger, not the flashlight. Try using a diff cord, and maybe even a diff plug in. And, be sure the micro end is securely seated.
