I don't have a Mac mini, so for that part I am going to say if there is a place for a fan to mount, measure the mounting holes. You can google "case fan mounting hole dimensions" to find the fan that will fit your mounting holes. For this particular fan size, there should be 71.5mm between the screw holes. The fan comes with a connector to plug into a fan port on the motherboard. It also has an adapter to connect the fan to a 4 pin plug of the type used on older hard drives and cd/dvd drives. There is actually a pretty good picture of the adapter and connector on the fan's listing at the Best Buy site.

You may be able to find an adapter to change the plug to a usb to make it work, but it would be a separate part that you would need to buy. The plug it uses is a 3 pin connection that will connect to the motherboard or it has an adapter to work with a molex connection to plug into a power supply cable. I do not have a Mac Mini, but I don’t think the Mac Mini uses either of those connections.
