QuestionWhy can I not get the Radio or the CD player to come up on the screen? Tried several times? The time was simple to get.

- Answer The input description should appear according to what is selected. Press the power button. If radio is chosen the station number should appear after it reads FM briefly; CD, BT (Bluetooth), Line In, USB, all appear sequentially by pressing the Source button on the remote, or the button immediately to the right of the front panel power button. If that doesn’t happen the unit is likely in need of repair.

- Answer According to the instructions which came with the unit you must use the remote to set the clock because the clock "button" is only available on the remote not on the face of the unit itself.

Questionjust received unit. set up, cd won't play. (new and gently used cds) first tried cd it played few minutes but then skipped then stopped playing. the 2nd, 3rd and 4th discs would not play at all-said "reading" than "no disc". What should I do?

- Answer This is not a battery powered unit. If you can figure out how to power it and hook it up to the theater sound it is capable of blowing you right out of the car.

As far as I know this Sound System uses a standard FM antenna so any FM antenna on the market should fit. My only advice on this is that a longer antenna should pick up signals better. An specific recommendation would be bold from us, as we do not manufacture longer or more powerful antennas, however, I'm sure third party options are available on the market.
