this pot is 7-1/8 inches deep and 9- 3/8 inches wide inside diameter.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There isnt an electric pressure cooker that is able to do canning. Its a touchy process. I thought about doing that too but much research later, ill stick with my manual pressure cooker for csnning.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Has the same dimensions as the Pressure Cooker XL 8qt the inner pot are interchangeable I have both Pressure Cooker XL and this Insignia pressure cooker 8-quart. With that said you should be able to use 4 mason jars at a time. Hope this will help
